Eastern Hires Tom Parham - Jan. 29, 2009
Tom Parham joined Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc as an Outside Sales Representative. With over thirty-nine years of experience in the Commercial Plumbing market, Parham will focus on exceeding customer expectations in the Western North Carolina area as well as growing this territory. As a long time, respected member of the Asheville community, Eastern is excited to have Parham on board. Located at 1262 Hendersonville Road in Asheville, Eastern is a full-line distributor of pipe, valves, fittings, and plumbing supplies.
Annual Christmas Luncheon - Dec. 18, 2008
On Thursday, December 18, 2008, Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc., located at 1802 Dennis Street in Jacksonville, FL, opened its warehouse doors for the Annual Christmas Cookout. Eastern welcomed over 400 guests serving them homemade barbeque pork, chicken, turkey, and sausage with sides of baked beans, potato salad, green beans, and banana pudding. The cookout was held from 11am to 2pm.
Eastern Opens Corporate Office - Dec. 11, 2008
Last night, Thursday, December 11, 2008, Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc., located at 11 Caledon Court, Suite A in Greenville, SC, commemorated its corporate headquarters office opening with a Christmas Open House. Eastern opened its doors to family members, customers, vendor partners, and Eastern associates. Over 85 people were in attendance including Kip Miller, President and CEO, and his wife Kim Miller, Executive Vice President. The Corporate Office was purchased in April of 2008. After a complete renovation, corporate associates were able to move into their new office in October of 2008.
