- Fits under most escutcheons and tub spouts
- Helps prevent moisture from getting into wall cavity which promotes MOLD growth
- Safe to use with copper, PEX and CPVC
- Caulk may be applied to the back of the dry seal pipe collar when using over grout lines or irregular walls
- Slides over pipe or tube and compresses tightly to wall to create a water tight surface
